Abstract
Review of a personal series of winter accidents revealed a significant number of knee epiphysical lesions attributable to falling from a toboggan. Since such injuries may lead to growth disturbances, some typical cases are presented. V-type osteotomy proved very effective in the correction of residual axial deviation.
