Abstract
Flow injection analysis has been used to determine lactate in precipitated serum samples employing the NADH-LDH method. The method is suitable for determinations in the concentration range 0.2-20 mmoles per litre of lactate. The procedure has been tested against a manual routine procedure and the results were in good agreement. Verf.-Referat
