Abstract des Autors
Forty-five college women who had less than 20 body fat were studied and compared with average females. Physique and body composition characteristics were identified, and a new classification system defining three types of underweightness was described. The data revealed that women with low percent body fat have similar physique and dimensional characteristics to average or obese women. Also, the notion of a small frame is incorrect. Verf.-Referat
