Abstract
Personal experience in the surgical management of isolated avulsion fracture of the tibial attachment of the posterior cruciate ligament is reported. This knee lesion is not commonly observed, but is certainly of considerable importance on account of the biomechanical alterations in the knee joint to which itgives rise. Verf.-Referat
