Abstract
Rarity in world literature concerning lacerations of the major pectoralis muscle due to excessive physical effort, justifies the attention paid towards this young athlete. Surgical treatment, by means of simple tenorraphy leads tocomplete restitutio ad integrum even in the case of an inveterate rupture. Verf.-Referat
