Abstract
The authors emphasize the importance of physical activity in treatment of childhood obesity. In hypertrophic obesity physical activity causes weight loss and corrects some humoral parameters. In hyperplastic obesity physical activity is useless to loose weight but modifies the humoral parameters. Prophylaxis of hyperplastic obesity is helpful to prevent obesity in adult. Verf.-Referat
