Abstract
The lower incidence of arterial hypertension in physical active people is discussed to identify a correlation between habitual physical activity and arterial blood pressure. Various results on S.H.R. rats, spontaneously hypertensive, are described and then the influence of physical training on hypertensive patients, particularly on boderline hypertension patients. The adaptations on heart and peripheral circulation induced by training and properphysical activity for hypertensive patients are also explained. Verf.-Referat
