Abstract
Although rupture of the long head of the biceps brachii tendon has been presented in the literature, very few reports have mentioned the process involving young patients. The problem as it relates to athletics has seldom been discussed. This case report deals with the rupture of the proximal biceps brachii tendon in a young college gymnast. Verf.-Referat
