Abstract
A method for the splitting of substances stained with Dragendorff and iodoplatinum reagents and recovery of the free bases from thin-layer chromato-plate isdescribed. The experimental data showed that the bases thus receovered maintained their molecular integrity. The method is therefore proposed for analytical toxicology research, particulary in cases where the material to be examined is of limited amount or accompanied by impurities. Verf.-Referat
